Reset your Artshell account password

If you've forgotten your Artshell account password, follow these steps to reset it:

1. On the login screen, click " Forgot Password."
2. Enter the email address associated with your Artshell account (or the email address that was rejected when you tried to log in) and click " Reset password."
3. Check your email: you'll receive a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code you received and set a new password.
4. If you haven't received the email, click "Resend" to request a new code. We also recommend checking your Spam and Junk folders.
5. Click " Update Password " to confirm the change.

You can use this procedure even if you are not the account administrator, but rather a user who has been invited to access a third-party Artshell account.

The " Forgot Password " feature is also useful for checking whether you've already created an Artshell account with the same email address in the past.
