Guide to installing Artshell apps (Mobile and Desktop)

Introduction

Desktop App

For Apple Mac computers

1. Sign in to your Artshell account using Google Chrome. If you don't have Chrome, you can download it by reading this Google article: Download Google Chrome.
2. Click the screen icon with a downward-pointing arrow that appears in the upper-right corner of the URL bar.
3. Click Install.
4. The app is now installed. We recommend dragging it to the Dock so you can access it easily. If you have any questions, read this Apple article for more information on how to use the Dock. 

For Windows computers

1. Sign in to your Artshell account using Google Chrome. If you don't have Google Chrome, you can download it by reading this Google article: Download Google Chrome.
2. Clickthe download icon that appears in the upper-right corner of the URL bar.
3. Click Install.

Mobile App

For mobile devices Apple iPhone or iPad

1. On your iOS device, openthe App Store and type Artshell Platform in the search bar or click the following link: Download Artshell Platform.
2. Click Install.
3. The app is now installed and appears on your iOS device's home screen.

For mobile devices Android

1. On your Android device, open the Google Play Store app and type Artshell Platform in the search bar or click the following link: Download Artshell Platform.
2. Click Install.
3. The app is now installed and appears on the home screen of your Android device.
