Event Settings and RSVP Limit
Introduction
In this section, you can manage the general settings that apply to all events in your account. From here, you can, for example, set the maximum number of reservations allowed per user or Manage and organize the available activity attributes. To access these settings, open the Settings Panel by clicking the icon and select the option Event Settings & RSVP.

RSVP limit for events
This option allows you to set a maximum limit on the number of events a single user can book. It’s a particularly useful feature if you’re managing a very busy calendar, such as for an Art Week, a festival, or an event with numerous sessions.
Setting a limit helps prevent users from making too many reservations, as they might book multiple events at the same time or events that are difficult to attend, which could result in them not showing up. Enter the desired number in the field provided to set the RSVP limit for each user.
Activity attributes
In this section, you can view the list of activity attributes available in your account. Attributes are divided into two categories:
- Artshell's default attributes, which are already present in the system and cannot be modified or deleted.
- Custom attributes, which you created yourself, and which you can rename or delete by clicking the icon accanto a ciascun attributo.
Proper management of attributes allows you to provide clear and consistent information when sharing it with your users.
Create a new attribute
To create a new attribute, click the " Add Activity Attribute " button at the bottom.
Although it is not required, we recommend that you always include translations of the attribute in both English and French. This way, if you choose to share your events with an international audience, the attributes will automatically be displayed in the correct language. If translations are not provided, Artshell will display the only available text, regardless of the display language.
