The content part of your email or newsletter appears in its Edit mode as a blank sheet of text, and by clicking in the blank area, you can start entering content and in particular:
Text: you can enter text describing the email. You can write the content or copy it from a Word file, PDF or html link within the email. We suggest, however, when pasting it that you "paste it without formatting," especially if the source, from which you copy the content, is a Word file.
Link: The sixth and final symbol allows you to add a link to the selected portion of text. To add a link, you must type or paste the link in the dedicated space, which will appear by clicking on the icon and press the enter/enter key on your keyboard. At this point 3 new symbols will appear to the left of the link: the pirmo from the left allows you to remove the link, the second allows you to edit it and the third allows you to verify it, that is, it will open a new window of your browser with that link.
You can format the text of the email using the formatting features of the Artshell editor. To format the text, within the email, simply select the part you want to format, a black "balloon" will then appear in which there are some text formatting features:
Color: The first symbol from the left, allows you to set a color to the selected text. You can choose a color by using the window and browsing colors or enter the HEX code (e.g.#0000, black).
Bold: The second symbol allows you to set the selected portion of text bold.
Italic: the third symbol allows you to set the selected portion of text to italic.
Font style: the fourth symbol allows you to set a font of your choice from those in the list, select the font size, and define its line spacing.
We suggest, however, that you use as the FONT for your email one of the standard web fonts, which are supported by all operating systems and in particular: Arial / Courier / Georgia / Helvetica / Lucida Sans/ Tahoma / Times New Roman.
Text Alignment: The fifth symbol allows you to set the alignment of the selected text: centered, right flag, left flag or justified. This button also allows you to manage the indentation of the text, should it be necessary.
