In the section Artworks, by clicking on the button + on the top right hand side, it is possible to create a new tab for the artwork. It will be open in Edit mode and on the details tab where you can add all the information related to it.
If instead you want to edit or update the record of an already existing artwork, it will be enough to click on the icon of the pencil on the top of the screen to go back to Edit mode and edit the details of the artwork.
We remind you that once the new information has been filled in, it is necessary to save in order for it to be permanent.
In order to properly use and exploit the different fields of the detail tab and to understand all the available features, we invite you to take a look at the chapter Tab details in the section Artworks of this guide.
Once the desired details have been added, it is possible to save the record by clicking SAVE, on the top left of the screen. When it is saved, it is possible to add a series of tabs, the images, the documents, and the files.
Just as for details, we invite you to take a look at the different chapters on how to manage the different tabs you can add in any artworks record.
Should you need to delete a work from the section Artworks, it is possible to do so singularly or by using the Select function.
Should you desire to delete a single work it will be sufficient to open the record of that work, click on the symbol with the three dots on the top of the screen and select Delete from the menu. The system will present you with a window informing that such a operation is irreversible and by deleting the selected work you will also delete the details, documents, and related links.
Should you desire to delete a selection of works, it will be sufficient to select them using the Select mode and again choose Delete from the three dots menu. As for when you delete a single artwork, the system will present you with a window informing that the operation is irreversible and by deleting the selected works you will also delete the details, documents, and related links.
We then invite you to be very cautious using the delete function, as no back-up restore exists for such operations.
