From the section Artists it is possible to select one or more artists via the Select button, on the top right side, next to the + button to add a new tab.
By clicking on the Select button, the menu bar will get green to highlight that you are in Selection mode. To quit this mode it is sufficient to click on the black X symbol beside the counter of the highlighted elements.
The Select mode in Artshell allows you to select one or more artists, by simply clicking on the artist. You will see a green tick appear to the left of the picture of the artist that indicates that the artist has been selected and you will then see the counter increasing.
In the Select mode you can select manually one or more artists, both from the general list and by using the research to find them and then pick them.
Should you wish to select more work at once, for instance all the artists of an artist you can use the symbol with the two squares and the tick to select them all at once.
Once the artists you wish to select are picked you can:
- Sort them: by clicking on the counter of the artists the system shows just the artists you have selected and it allows you to sort them by dragging up and down every artist. This feature, besides giving you a general overview of your artist selection, it allows you to export the tabs of the artist in the order you like.
- export and manage them: by clicking on the last symbol on the right of the menu bar in selection mode (icon with the arrow heading up) it is possible to access the export panel, from which you can choose how to export or manage the selection of artists in the predetermined order.
- delete them: by clicking on the symbol of the three dots it is possible to delete the selection of artists. The system will warn you and you will have to confirm the operation. We remind you that deleting the artists implies deleting all the documents, the details, the links, the shared material, and this operation is irreversible.
