The section Documents of the tab of the contact is the area in which you can upload all the documents related to the contact: documents, invoices, shipping documents, etc.
Within the section Documents it is possible to create folders or categories and, for each one, to upload all the documents you wish and manage their ordering. For each document it is possible to specify: a title, a date, add a description, some images, and some attachments.
The section documents is designed to offer you the maximum rate of flexibility; you will be able to create as many categories as you need per each artist and manage their order as you wish. You may decide to use one single document per category, by specifying within the document a series of details, as if it were a Word document or insert more documents within a single category and exploit the sorting per date of creation.
