The Details section of the events tab is that area in which you upload the details and the features of the event.
The Details section of the event is composed of the following fields or sections:
- Image: is the field in which to insert the cover image of the event
- Title: allows you to enter the title of the event.
- Subtitle: allows you to enter the title of the event.
- Curator: allows you to enter the curator of the event. This field allows you to associate the event card with another card, in this case the card of a contact that indicates the curator of the event. You can start typing the contact name into the field or, in case the curator contact has not been loaded yet, you can create it directly from the event card by clicking on the + button to the right of the curator field.
- Tag: The Tag field allows you to create labels to describe the event and group them together, we will see how the Tag field works in another chapter of this manual.
- Location: The Location field allows you to enter the location of the event. These fields will allow you to associate the event card with another card, in this case with that of a contact that refers to the event location. You can start typing the contact name into the field or, in case the contact has not been loaded yet, you can create it directly from the event card by clicking on the + button to the right of the field.
N.B. If your event is exclusively ONLINE you can specify it in the Location Details field within the Location section. To learn more see How to manage the Location area of an event. - Date: the period field allows you to enter all the details related to the period of the event. Here you can insert a label to describe the type of event.
Add date, time, days, details, time zone and describe them with a specific label. The system will require you to enter for each period created:
-a label to describe it, such as vernissage or opening;-add a start date and an end date for the period;
-a start and end time that you can specify for each of the days of the week of the period in question, possibly excluding closing days.

- Booking Option: This field allows you to manage the booking process for the dates entered in the event. To learn more see Booking Option.
- Add Contact: this field allows you to associate the event card with another card, in this case that of a contact related to the event. You can start typing the name of the contact in the field or choose it from the list. Clicking on Contact and the arrow at its side will open a list and you can choose the type of contact (e.g. Assistant, Press Office...); choosing Custom instead you can manually enter the type that is not present in the list.
- Add Link: in the Link section you can add links to the tab of your event by copying them into the space. Clicking instead on Link and the arrow at its side will open a list and you can choose the type of link (e.g. Website, Instagram, Facebook ...); choosing Custom instead you can manually enter the type that is not present in the list.
- Promoted by: This field allows you to add contacts representing the promoters or sponsors of the event to the event form. If the contact is not in your list you can add it at this time by clicking on the + button on the right.
