In the Media section of the artwork it is possible to add a caption for every image or video. By clicking on the image you access the Media Tab where it is possible to add, besides notes, a description of the image or video, to add details about the Courtesy or the photo credits for the uploaded media.
Attention: the description and the notes to the image or video that you have saved when uploading it to the media library can be overwritten in this section, without affecting the file’s details in the media library.
Beside the details and the media description, in the tab it is possible to manage the status “lock” or “unlock” of the media. This function, identified by a open or closed lock, it is used to decide which elements to share per single artwork. In order to simplify and quicken the process of selection, the system will pre-select the images and the videos with the open lock, leaving you the chance to select the images and the videos with the closed lock.
We suggest you then to manage the state of the lock on the pictures and the videos of the artworks, by choosing which media you may desire to keep private in your archive (and thus you seldom share) and which on the other hand you want to show every time you export or share the record of a work.
From the media tab, by using the menu identified by the icon with the three dots, it is possible to remove the image or the video from the media section of the work, share the single media via link, or rather download the media you uploaded on the media library on your computer.
Attention: Removing an image or a video from the media area of your work does not mean to delete it. The function to delete a media is available only from the media library, by using the menu identified by the three dots in correspondence of the media you wish to delete.
