From the media library you can always download the original file of an element, by using the different tabs on top: images, videos, and files. By clicking on the element that you wish to download, on the left top of the screen you see a symbol with an arrow heading down. By clicking on that, the file download will start.
We remind you that this operation is feasible not just from the media library, but also from the Media and File tabs of the single element’s tab (Artworks, Event, Contacts, Artists).
Attention: Should the process of download of the element not start, be sure of activating the possibility for your browser to download files. Lastly, we remind you that it is possible to download one file at a time.
From the media library you can share the link to download the original file. This option will allow you to generate a link that you can use to share big dimension files too. By clicking on the element of which you wish to generate a link and from there, by going in the three dots menu, you can select “copy to clipboard”, and the system will tell you that the link has been generated and copied. You will now be able to paste it wherever you wish, on a html page, in a chat, etc. and you will see the link to your file appearing. By clicking on the link, the automatic download will begin.
This operation is feasible not just from the media library, but also from the Media and File tabs of the single element’s tab (Artworks, Event, Contacts, Artists).
Should you instead wish to permanently delete an element from the media library, by clicking on the element that you wish to delete and then on “Delete file” from the three dots menu, you can delete the selected element. The system will ask you for a confirmation warning you that such operation is irreversible and that, by deleting the element, you will also delete all the relations between that very element and the different tabs, emails, or insights, in which it is in use.
We then invite you to be very cautious using the delete function, as no back-up restore exists for such operations.
