In the section File of the work it is possible to add a description for each of the files. By clicking on a single file you access the File tab where you can add a description of the file in Italian and English, besides adding notes.
Attention: the description and the notes to the file that you have saved when uploading it to the media library can be overwritten in this section, without affecting the file details within the media library.
Besides the details and the description of the file in the tab it is also possible to manage the state of “lock” or “unlock” of the file. The feature identified by a closed or open lock tells the system when exporting and sharing which elements you wish to keep private and which others you wish to be more easily shareable.
Artshell in fact when exporting and sharing allows to decide which elements to share per single artwork. To simplify and quicken the process of selection, the system pre-selects the files with open lock, leaving the user with the chance of selecting those with closed lock.
We suggest you then to manage the state of the lock on the files of events of the artworks, by choosing which files you may desire to keep private in your archive (and thus you seldom share) and which ones the other hand you want to show every time you export or share the record of a work.
From the file tab, by using the menu identified by the icon with the three dots, it is possible to remove the file from the File section of the work, share the single media via link, or rather download the media you uploaded on the media library on your computer.
Attention: Removing a file attached from the File Tab of your work does not mean to delete it. The function to delete a media is available only from the media library, by sing the menu identified by the three dots in correspondence of the media you wish to delete.
