Within Artshell it is possible to organize the works among an endless number of Lists. The Artworks lists can be created, deleted, organized, and sorted according to your needs.
Within the Artworks section, by clicking on Artworks on the top left of the page the list panel will appear: here all the lists of artworks are presented and they appear with a counter indicating the number of works included in each list.
To access a list, it is sufficient to click on the name of a list, and the content of the Artworks section will be replaced with the content of the list and you will see appearing the name of the list with the respective counter on the top left in place of Artworks.
On the top of the lists panel on green background you find a button to go back to the general list of all the Artworks.
Within the panel of the lists it is possible to sort the lists in the order you wish to apply by simply setting it by dragging on the left of each list and dropping it upwards or downwards.
It is possible to rename a list from the menu that appears by clicking on the symbol with the three dots on the right side of each list. By clicking on Rename, a cursor will appear in correspondence with the name of the list; after having edited the name, to confirm it and save the changes it is sufficient to use the ENTER button of your keyboard.
From the menu that appears when clicking on the three dots button it is also possible to Delete a list. We remind you that deleting a list DOES NOT imply deleting the artworks contained in it, but just deleting it as object.
We also remind you that deleting a list is an irreversible operation.
Creating and editing a list
In order to create a list it is first necessary to select the elements that you wish to add to the list.
From the Artworks section you have to select the works you wish to add or remove from a List, and click on the export symbol; then you have to select the Lists mode from the export panel.
The system will open a second panel to manage the Lists, and from here it will possible to:
- Create a new List: by using the + button on the right of the search bar, it is possible to create a new List. The system will ask you to set a name for the new List and to confirm by clicking on the "black" create button on the right.
- Add elements to a List: in correspondence with the name of each List on the right side you find the + button that allows you to add selected works to the List. After having clicked on it you will see the counter of the number of works of the List increasing. It is possible to add the same selection of works to multiple Lists, and the system will add only those which are not yet present within each single list.
- Remove elements from a List: in correspondence to the name of each List on the right you find an X button that allows you to remove selected works from a list. After having clicked you will see the artworks counter decreasing. It is possible to remove the same selection of artworks contemporarily from many Lists.
