Artshell allows you to organize contacts in an endless number of Lists. Contacts lists can be created, deleted, organized, and sorted according to your needs.
Within the Contacts section, by clicking on Contacts at the top left of the screen the lists panel will appear, and there you find listed all the contact lists with a counter indicating how many contacts are included in each list.
To access a List it is sufficient to click on its name, and the content of the Contact section will be replaced by the content of the List, and you will see the name and the counter of the chosen list on the top left of the screen, in place of Contacts.
In the top part of the lists panel on green background you have the button to go back to the general list of all the contacts.
Within the lists panel it is possible to order lists in the order you desire by simply dragging the left side of each list and dropping it before or after the other Lists.
It is possible to rename a list from the menu you see popping up by clicking on the three dots symbol on the right hand side of each list. By clicking on Rename, a cursor in correspondence with each list will appear, and after having changed name you need to confirm and save changes: to do so, just press ENTER on your keyboard.
From the menu that appears when clicking on the three dots symbol on the right hand side of each list is possible to Delete a list.
We remind you that deleting a list DOES NOT imply deleting the contacts that are contained in it, but just deleting the list as object.
We remind you that deleting a list is an irreversible operation.
Creating and editing a list
To create a list it is necessary to first select the elements you wish to add to the list. From the section Contacts then, select the contacts you wish to add or remove from a list, and then click on the export symbol and select the Lists mode from the export panel.
The system will open a second panel to manage the Lists from which it is possible to:
Create a new List: by using the + button on the right of the search bar, it is possible to create a new List. The system will ask you to set a name for the new list and to confirm it by clicking on the black create button on the right.
Add elements to a List: in correspondence with the name of each List on the right you find a + button that allows you to add selected contacts to the List. After having clicked, you will see the counter increasing as you add more contacts. It is possible to add the same selection of contacts to more Lists at once; the system will automatically add to the Lists only the contacts that are not already present in it.
Remove elements from a List: in correspondence with the name of each List on the right you find an X button that allows you to remove selected contacts from a List. After having clicked, you will see the contacts counter decreasing. It is possible to remove the same selection of contacts from more Lists at once.
