The Email Section is where you can create and send your emails and newsletters, and it has been designed to offer you the maximum rate of flexibility for what concerns the management of fonts, their dimensions, type, and line-spacing. You can add slideshows, images, videos, and links. The emails and newsletters of Artshell are designed to be very easily created and, thanks to the fact that they are integrated with the Contacts section, you can send your emails without any limitation and from whichever sender address you may wish, to all your contacts. They can be sent as single emails, or by grouping them via Tags, or via Lists.
The Email Section is accessible from the vertical menu by clicking on the symbol @ and then from the vertical menu on top by selecting Emails.
In the Email Section, besides the list of all the emails sent or drafted sorted by date, you will also find:
- Email (n.): on the top left of the screen you see “Email” with a counter that shows you the number of loaded emails. Unlike the other sections of Artshell, Emails cannot be organized in Lists yet.
- Search: within the top central menu you can see the symbol of the magnifying glass, and by clicking on it you will access a search mode that, within the Email Section, works only as free or full text search.
- Add: As for the other sections of the program, on the top right of the screen you find the + button to create a new email or newsletter.
The following chapters will guide you through what is required to create, save, and send your emails and newsletters.
