It is possible to duplicate your emails, both in case their state is Sent or Draft. The duplication feature of an email is designed to allow you to organize a sort of a template for your emails from which to make changes, even small ones, for each time you send one.
To duplicate an email, both in Draft or Sent state, it is necessary to open the detail panel of the email, and click on the + symbol within the two squares on black background, in the toolbar on the top right of the screen.
The system will then duplicate the email you are working on and it will ask you to add the sender, the recipient’s details, and the object before saving and sending it.
