Once an email or newsletter has been sent it is possible to check the stats related to whether it has been read and its links have been opened, and this can be checked from the Recipients section of each sent newsletter.
We remind you that the stats are made on the recipients, namely on each email that is entitled to receive your communications. For instance, if a contact has two active email addresses (see email status) then the system will take into account two recipients for that single contact.
Once you access the Recipients section you find a resuming panel where you can check:
- Delivered emails: the number and the percentage, over the total, of the recipients who have received the sent email; we remind you that, per single recipient, the system count each email address enabled to receive your communications.
- Read emails: the number and the percentage, over the overall number of recipients, of those who have read the sent email; we remind you that, per single recipient, the system counts each email address enabled to receive your communications.
- Open links: the number and the percentage, over the overall number of recipients, of those who have open a link within a sent email; we remind you that, per single recipient, the system count each email address enabled to receive your communications.
- Open links: the number and the percentage, over the overall number of recipients, for which there has been a syntax error in the email address, and so it was impossible to deliver the email; we remind you that, per single recipient, the system count each email address enabled to receive your communications.
At the bottom of the Recipients section it is possible to analyze the metrics per single contact or recipient. You can in fact use the search feature to filter by name or address of a certain contact, or otherwise navigate through the list which is sorted by descending number of read email.
In this list, beside having the date and the hour when a recipient got and read your communication, it is possible to see the number of times that the contact has opened the email. The number is identified by the symbol of the eye on the right hand side, in correspondence with the name of the recipient.
