The Artshell Export mode allows you to manage and in particular create, add, and remove Tags, simultaneously for a selection of events.
From the Events section, after having selected the events for which you wish to edit, add, or remove Tags, you will have to click on the export symbol and select the Tag mode from the Export panel at the bottom of the page.
The system will open a second panel for the management of Tags where you see listed all the Tags in use at the moment in the Events section; from there it is possible to:
- Create a new Tag: By using the + button on the right side of the search bar, it is possible to create a new tag. The system will ask you to set a name for the new tag and to confirm it by clicking on the black add button on the right.
We suggest you to first check through the search system whether the tag you wish to create or a very similar one are already present.
- Add Tags to a selection of Events: In correspondence with the name of each Tag on the right you may see the + button which allows you to add Tags for the selected events. It is possible to add more Tags to the same selection of events simultaneously; the system will automatically add the Tag only to those events for which it is not yet present, avoiding potential duplications.
- Remove Tags from a selection of events: in correspondence with the name of each Tag on the right side you may see an X button that allows you to remove the Tag from the selected events. It is possible to remove more Tags simultaneously from the same selection of Events.
