The export mode of Artshell allows you to manage and create, add, and remove Tags, for a selection of artists at the same time.
From the Artists section, after having selected the artists for which you wish to create, add, or remove Tags, you have to click on the Export symbol and select the Tag mode from the Export panel at the bottom.
The system will open a second panel to manage the tags where you may see the list of all the tag that are being used within the Artists section, and it will be possible to:
- Create a new Tag: by using the + button on the right side of the search bar, it is possible to create a new Tag. The system will ask you to set a name for the new tag and to confirm it by clicking on the black add button on the right.
We suggest you to use the search engine to look whether the Tag you wish to create might be already present, either with the same or with a similar name.
- Add Tags to a selection of artists: In correspondence with the name of each Tag on the right you find a + button that allows you to add a Tag to the artists you have selected. It is possible to add more Tags at once to the same selection of Artists, and the system will automatically only add the Tag to those artists where the tag is not yet present, avoiding potential duplications.
- Remove Tags from a selection of artists: In correspondence with the name of each Tag on the right you find an X button that allows you to remove the Tag from the artists you have selected. It is possible to remove more tags from the same selection of artists at once.
