To insert documents within the tabs of works, artists, events and contacts, it is necessary to set categories first. Imagine a category as a binder of documents, or more simply a folder.
From this section you can:
- Set default status: this will allow you to manage the "lock" or "unlock" status of documents and media. The functionality of the lock closed or open is used to tell the system, during export and sharing, which elements you want to keep private and which ones you want to be more easily shared. In this case, you can enable/disable by default the open/closed lock for all documents and media.
- Create categories for each of the sections Works, Artists, Contacts, Events. The proper functioning of this section is explained in detail in the following chapters for uploading documents for each section.
