In a few simple steps, we will show you how to manage the invitations available to you.
1. Access and Login:
To access the platform simply click on the link sent to you and use the email you have been enabled. The system will send you a verification code to use to confirm your identity and then you can start inviting your guests.

2. Enter the email you have been enabled and click on sign in.
3. When prompted, enter the 6-digit verification code that was sent to you via email.
N.B In case you would like to change the enabled email please write directly to our support center: firstname.lastname@example.org during office hours.
2. Home - Dashboard, invitation management:
Once you land on your dashboard you will have the list of invitations available to you.
The counter on the left will dynamically show you the number of invitations by type still available to use. Use the select button near each invitation to start the sending flow.
For more details on each type of invitation you can click on the details item near the date of each invitation.
3. Sending mode: Manual entry, import from excel
Once the invitation type has been selected, the system will ask you how you prefer to proceed: whether to manually enter the contact details (name, surname, email and language) or use the import mode via Excel.
N.B We suggest using the manual mode for a few invitations and the excel import for a larger number of invitations.
4. Manual Insertion:
If you select manual mode, you will be prompted to:
a. Complete the details form whose fields are all mandatory.
b. set the language between ITALIAN and ENGLISH in which you want to send the invitation and then click the send button.
The system will notify you with a notification as soon as the invitation has been sent.
5. Input via EXCEL:
If you select the EXCEL submission mode, the system will ask you to:
a. set the language with which you want to send the invitation to all the names inserted in the excel.
N.B We suggest if you have both Italian and international guests to make an excel for Italian speaking guests and an excel for English speaking guests.
b. Select the excel file to be used to import the details of the guests to be invited.
N.B You can download a template file of the excel needed for the import directly from the invitation management page or by clicking here.
IMPORTANT: In order to avoid errors in the import process we ask you not to use: styles, links or other formatting inside the excel. In case you paste some elements inside the excel we ask you the courtesy to remove any kind of formatting.
Once the file has been selected by clicking on the send invitations button the system will send an email to each of the contacts in the excel.
The sending time is about 8 mails (contacts) per second so if your Excel has a large number of contacts you may have to wait a few minutes before receiving confirmation of sending.
Once you have completed your submissions either manually or via excel import, you can view a history of all the submissions made, by viewing the chronology.
The history can be accessed directly from the HOME - DASHBOARD (by clicking on the button at the bottom) or after each sending, within the notification message.
Within the history you can see the status of your invitations. Using the drop-down menu at the top you can filter the invitations made by:
a. Invited guests who received an invitation.
b. Guests invited by you who have previously received an invitation and have NOT received a new invitation.
N.B the counter of available invitations will not change in case your submissions include guests who have already received an invitation.
