Before You Begin

Please note: Deleting a contact is permanent and cannot be undone. Artshell requires additional confirmation to reduce the risk of accidental deletions.

What Happens to the Associated Data

Deleting will permanently remove the contact record from your address book.

Before proceeding, verify that the contact is no longer needed for your database operations.

Note: If you delete an email address that has already been used to send newsletters or communications via Artshell, the analytics for campaigns that have already been sent will still be available. However, clicking on that email address in the analytics will no longer open the corresponding contact record , because the address will no longer be in the database.
