The “” (Quotation marks): for exact phrase searches. By enclosing your search terms in quotation marks, the system will search for precisely what is contained within them.
The .. (Double dots): to search for a range. The two consecutive dots allow you to search for a numerical range between two integers.
The - (Hyphen): to exclude a part of the search. This operator is particularly useful for searching for all works with one tag that do not have another tag.
OR : remember that all searches in Artshell are considered to be in AND by default. You can use the OR function to combine one or more values with your search. For example, to search for all works that contain one of two tags.
() (Parentheses): to compose complex searches. Parentheses allow you to group search terms and define the order of operations, enabling more intricate and refined queries.
