Create an account for the first time

Introduction

Artshell is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that you can access via a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) or through the Artshell app, available in desktop versions (for both macOS and Windows) and mobile versions (for Apple iOS or Android).

The software can be accessed from any device connected to the Internet: whether you prefer to use a computer, tablet, or smartphone, Artshell adapts to your needs, ensuring a simple and intuitive user experience.

In this article, you'll learn how to create an account with Artshell; the registration process is the same whether you sign up via desktop or via the app.

Create an account

Step 1: Sign up for free on Artshell

To create your Artshell account, visit the website https://app.artshell.eu/register.

Alternatively, visit the Artshell website at https://www.artshell.eu/ and click the "Register " menu item in the upper right corner, or download and open the mobile app. 

Step 2: Fill out the registration form

• Account Name: Enter the name of your gallery, collection, or archive. You can change this name later.
• Email address: Enter a valid email address. This email address CANNOT be changed later. 
• Enter your email address again.
• Password: Enter a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and one symbol (such as: + ! > *)
• Coupon: Enter the coupon code if you have one.
• Please read and accept the terms and conditions andthe privacy policy. You cannot create an Artshell account without accepting the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

Once you've filled in all the fields, click "Create Account."

Step 3: Check your email

Once you've created your account, check your email inbox to make sure you've received the 3 emails:

1. A welcome from Artshell.
2. Request to confirm your account activation.
3. Request to confirm email address.

The second and third emails are sent from the address no-reply@artshell.eu

Activate your account

The first confirmation email from Artshell contains a link that you need to click to activate your account. Click the link within 24 hours to prevent it from expiring.

The second confirmation email from Artshell is intended to verify your email address and allow you to use it as the sender when sending messages from your Artshell account. Click the link within 24 hours to prevent it from expiring.

To ensure that Artshell works properly, we recommend using a browser that has been updated to the latest version or the version immediately preceding it. Please note that if your operating system (whether on a computer or mobile device) prevents you from updating to the latest version, you may experience issues with the app.
