Email Status and Display
Sent / Draft / Sending in progress
Emails and newsletters are sorted by edit date. For each email in the list, the following information is displayed on the left:
- the email subject in bold
- a brief preview of the content
and on the right:
- if the email is a Draft: the status, the date, and the time of the last update.
- if the email has been sent: the date, the sending time, and, if applicable, the icon indicating sending or delivery errors. To learn more about your newsletter performance, read the article dedicated to Analytics.
Each sent email displays real-time delivery and engagement statuses using checkmarks:
| ✓ | Single checkmark: appears on sent emails and indicates the number of contacts to whom the email was sent. |
| ✓✓ | Double blue checkmark: appears on sent emails and indicates the number of contacts who opened/read your email. |
| Draft | An email in draft status displays the date and time of modification, with the word Draft in orange below. |
| Sending in progress: this status is temporary and indicates that the sending process is underway. If this status persists for too long, try refreshing the page. |
