Introduction
This article guides you step-by-step through the creation of personalized emails and newsletters in Artshell. You will learn how to select recipients and senders, and how to insert text into your communication.
An important clarification to keep in mind within Artshell is the meaning of the word recipient.
Recipient: refers to each email address and not the contact tab. If a contact has two active email addresses, the software counts that as two recipients.
Before starting, check that you have all the requirements to write your communication without interruptions.
