Introduction
This article guides you through personalizing your user profile, selecting a custom name and logo, and managing your venues information. Following these steps will help you create a professional representation of your organization.
Personalize your user profile
Click the icon in the bottom left, select the top entry with your account's name, finally, choose the first option Name, Avatar, Language, and Email.
Currently, your avatar displays your email address initial. Follow the steps below to personalize your profile picture, full name, and language settings. Please note that your email address cannot be changed.
Upload your profile picture
- Click the icon to open the Medialibrary (*).

Click the to the right of the search bar to upload an image from your computer.
Format and Size: For optimal quality, use a high-resolution PNG or JPG image up to 600px in height and 600px in width.
- Select the image, rename the file if desired (e.g., "Avatar" for easy access), and click Upload in the top left..
- Once uploaded, select the image in Artshell and click Add in the top left.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Set your Name
Enter your first and last name here.
Set your profile language
Choose your preferred account language from English, Italian, or French.
Name and Logo
To customize your account name and logo click the icon in the bottom left, then select Account Details. These details will be visible in exports and when sharing content.
You'll find two fields:
- Account Name: This field is pre-filled with the name you chose during registration. You can change it by clicking on it.
- Logo Image:

Organization venues
Add a new venue
To add locations for your Gallery, Collection, or Archive, click and then Organisation Venues.
- Click Add in the top right corner to open the new venue page.
- Complete the fields (all fields are optional, but it is advisable to complete most of them).
- Click Save in the top right corner to save the information.
Edit or Delete an existing venue
Edit: Click on an existing venue and modify the desired fields, then click Save in the top right corner.
Delete: Click the icon and select Delete venue.
