Introduction
In this section you can manage the general settings that apply to all events in your account. From here, you can for example define the maximum number of bookings allowed per user, or review and organise the available activity attributes. To access these settings, open the Settings Panel by clicking the icon, and select Event setting & RSVP.
RSVP limit for events
This option allows you to set a maximum number of events that a single user can book. It is particularly useful if you manage a very full programme, such as during an Art Week or an event with many parallel activities. Setting a limit helps prevent users from booking too many events at once — or events that overlap in time or are far apart — which could increase the risk of no-shows. Enter the desired number in the dedicated field to define the RSVP limit per user.
Activity attributes
In this section you can view the list of activity attributes available in your account. Attributes are divided into two categories:
- Artshell default attributes, which are built into the system and cannot be modified.
- Custom attributes, created by you, which can be renamed or deleted by clicking the icon next to each attribute.
Proper management of attributes allows you to provide clear and consistent information when sharing it with your users.
Some attributes cannot be edited because they are linked to specific platform logic or, where required, to particular network configurations for the Pop-up Platform. These attributes are used by the software to ensure the correct behaviour of certain features of the Art Fair Solution, Network Solution, and Digital Suite Design Edition products (for example, filters, views, or booking flows). Editing or deleting them could therefore cause errors or interfere with existing active settings. To prevent technical issues or unintended cascading effects, Artshell does not allow these attributes to be modified or removed.
Create a new attribute To create a new attribute, click the Add activity attribute button at the bottom of the page. Although it is not mandatory, we recommend always adding translations for the attribute in both italian and french. This ensures that, if your events are shared with an international audience, attributes will be displayed automatically in the correct language. If translations are not provided, Artshell will display the only available text, regardless of the selected display language.
