Introduction
With Artshell's Events section, you have unlimited space to upload and organise every detail of your events.
Add images, documents, files, and organise them into Lists or group them using Tags for seamless management. Finally, share your events with anyone: send them via email, create a link to share via chat or on your social channels, or export them to Excel.

Main elements of the Events section

| Using the search lens, you can look for keywords within the events or perform a more complex search using operators. | |

Sort and Select functions
Sorting
By default, events are sorted by start date, from the most recent. You can change the sorting order by clicking the sorting icon and choosing from options like:
You can change the sort order of the events by clicking the icon and choosing from the available options:
- Title
- Start date
- End date
- Edited Date
- Creation Date
Each sorting criterion can be applied in Ascending (A-Z) or Descending (Z-A) order.
Select
Understanding the Select function is particularly important if you want to export and share your events or assign lists and tags in bulk.
With Artshell, you can choose to select some of your events using the icon or select all of them with the icon that appears immediately after clicking the icon.
You can choose to view only the selected events, reorder them, or deselect them.
The event card

The Details drop-down menu includes additional content associated with your event card, such as:

What can I do with my events?
- Organisation: Use Tags and Lists to organise your events as you prefer.
- Sharing and exporting: Share your events via link or email with anyone. If needed, you can also export one or more events in Excel format.
- App Scanner: If your event involves registration via QR codes, the Artshell scanner app is the ideal solution to expedite guest entry.
