The Email Sharing mode allows you to share the selected Insight via email to the recipients of your choice.
Once you have clicked on the Insight you want to share, click on the three dots symbol in the tab at the top right. From the menu choose Export insight and select the Email mode from the export panel.
The system will open a window with the possibility to choose:
1) Recipients: as for a normal email you can choose under To: the recipients of your email.
By clicking on the To: label, a drop-down menu will open from which to select:
- All contacts: allows you to send your email to all contacts in your contacts directory.
- Tags: The ability to select one or more tags as mail recipients. We remind you that the Tags as recipient receives in OR and not in AND, so if two tags are added, the system will send the email to contacts that have either the first or the second tag and not to the contacts that have both the first and the second tag. In case you need to send the tags in AND mode, we suggest you make a list (described below).
- List: the ability to select one or more contact lists (contact lists management)
- Contact: it is possible to select one or more specific contacts, in particular the system, by selecting a contact, will allow you to choose between different emails.
We remind you that if you want to create a new contact form at the same time as sending the email, you can use the + icon to the right of the To: field.
We also remind you that when you select one or more Tags or Lists as recipients of your email, the system will send your email to all contacts with that specific TAG or belonging to the list and in particular:
- The email will be sent only once per email address, so if your contact belongs to multiple tags or lists added as recipient, it will not receive the email more than once;
- The email will be sent to all active emails of the contact, that is, to all emails that have a white circle with a black check inside it, for each email.
2) The Sender address: you can choose among those set in the Email Settings section of the Settings Panel.
3) The subject: in this field you can enter the subject of the email
4) The language: here it is possible to choose in which language to send the email (we remind you that the translations on Artshell are not automatic, therefore it is necessary to manually translate the insight by changing the language from the multilingual drop-down list).
Click on the send button in order to send the email
We remind you that sent emails, feedbacks and statistics are always available for consultation in the @ section of the main menu.
