Step 1. Set up your profile
Before you start using Artshell, we recommend that you complete the initial setup of your account.
It only takes a few steps to prevent future slowdowns and ensure a smooth user experience.
Here's what we suggest you do:
- Set up your basic information: complete your user profile, upload your logo, and configure any venues associated with your account.
- Verify your email address: this is essential for sending communications. You can also add additional sender addresses if needed.
- Add your Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions: these are essential for sending emails and newsletters, as well as for your online presence.
- If you have a Premiere account, set permissions for your team under "Users and Roles."
Step 2. Start adding content to your account
Now you can start exploring and customizing your account. Begin by taking some time to explore the Artshell Dashboard and its main sections:
To populate your account, you can do so directly from Artshell by adding content via the icon available in each section, or proceed with a bulk data import.
Imported with support from the Artshell team
If you have a particularly large collection, we recommend using our Concierge Service: our team will assist you with importing large amounts of data. Click here to learn more about Artshell’s Concierge Service.
